Colour Assessment Cabinets reduce problems associated with assessing products or samples in different environments, be they geological or seasonal, offering a cost-effective method to ensure colour consistency and product quality.

As a high-quality viewing booth for colour matching and quality control, VeriVide CAC meets or surpasses ISO 3664 and BS 950 Part 1 international standards, enabling designers, manufacturers, and retailers to examine visually their products under up to 5 different fluorescent illuminates (D65, D50, 840 P15, F Tungsten, UV) and communicate colour with accuracy. Our fluorescent D65 daylight simulator provides the highest Colour Rendering Index (CRI) available. VeriVide’s CAC 60 is the most popular product as it is easily sited in a small office or Laboratory.

Regular servicing is highly recommended to ensure that your light cabinet remains as accurate as the day of purchase.

VeriVide Light Booth

  • CACs come in 2 widths of light boxes: CAC 600 and 1200 mm.
  • Convenient and easy electronic control panel that incorporates user-friendly features like servicing indicator for lamp replacement, auto sequence, warm-up, power save and data storage.
  • 4 or 5 light sources available for each model which conform to ISO/ CIE standards, including D65, D50, 840P15, F and UV. Check the Lamp options.
  • Dimmable option of CAC is available to adjust the brightness if you require a variable intensity of light.
  • Internal finishes are paint in Munsell N5, Munsell N7 or Grey 5574.
  • Diffuser and/or angle tables are available to assess accurately colour of paints, glass, polished surfaces and ceramics.
